How do I restore my Pro purchase on a new device?
Open DinkIQ → go to Settings → tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. Your Pro access will be restored at no charge.
Is my data backed up anywhere?
All data is stored locally on your device — we don't have servers or accounts. Make sure iCloud backup is enabled on your iPhone. You can also export your match history to CSV from Settings (Pro feature).
What is the Play Rating?
Play Rating is DinkIQ's proprietary DUPR estimation. It's seeded from a short questionnaire and updates after every match you log (when you provide opponent strength context). It uses an Elo-based algorithm displayed on a 2.00–7.00 scale matching the DUPR range.
What is the DinkIQ Score?
Your DinkIQ Score is a 0–100 performance rating calculated from your match history. It's recency-weighted, trend-aware, and accounts for score margins and consistency. It updates automatically as you log more matches.
How many matches can I log for free?
The free tier includes up to 15 matches. Upgrade to DinkIQ Pro for unlimited match history, plus advanced analytics and CSV export.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Go to Settings → Danger Zone. You can clear your match history (keeps player names and locations) or reset everything to factory state. Both actions are permanent and cannot be undone.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet — DinkIQ is iOS only for now. Android is on the roadmap. Email [email protected] to be notified when it launches.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and request a refund for the DinkIQ Pro purchase.
